It enables virtually any Windows application to create professional quality PDF documents. It installs like a printer, but when you print to it, it makes a PDF. PDF files are great for us because they don't change. What it looks like on your screen is what it will look like on our screen, and on your finished print job. Many new programs already have the ability to make a PDF. Office 2003, 2007 and 2010 can. Google docs can. So does Open Office.
