Our Turnaround times are based on normal business days, weekends and National Holidays are excluded. You may visit our website at any hour and place your order and/or send your art file. All orders, art, and proof approvals received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next normal business day. All orders received during the week will be processed on the next normal business day. All art and proof approvals received during the week after 5 PM Eastern Time will be processed on the next normal business day.

Proofs – 2 Days or less
Proofs that are PDF to size are produced in 1 - 2 business days. Files that are not supplied as PDF, or are to the wrong size may take a little longer than 2 days. Files that require manipulation beyond 15 minutes may incure charges, you will be notified via e-mail or phone before we perform that work, so you will have an opportunity to make the changes yourself.

Digital Printing – 4 Days or less
Most digital print jobs are printed within 4 business days or less after proof approval.

Offset Printing – 7 Days or less
Most offset print jobs are printed within 7 business days or less after proof approval.

Shipping and Delivery
All shipments are sent via UPS on our account number. Deliveries by truck in Grand Haven are made after 1pm EST.
