Mailings
We’re Permit # 1 in Grand Haven MI and authorized to process bulk mail at First Class and Standard Rates to save you money on your mailing! Do you have your own permit? We can mail process and address your mail for you. Are you a not-for-profit or non-profit? We can help you mail at Non-Profit rates too. We do mailings as small as 200 and as large as 20,000! Rates vary but a general guideline is a $100 minimum based on a rate of 7.2¢ per piece for correcting the address, putting the address on the mail piece, sorting it, packaging it for the post office, and dropping it at the correct bulk mail unit for the USPS. Think of it, you’d never have to fill out a postal form again. That alone is worth twice the price.
First class mailings require 500 pieces, Standard rate and Non-Profit rate mailings require at least 200 pieces. We can also mail at First Class, Post Card rates for certain sizes (up to 4.25×6). We’ve mailed post cards, Envelopes, folded self-mailer (think of a brochure with paper seals called ‘tabs’ on one edge), and magazines (called ‘flats’). We’re experts at mailings and can walk you through the process.
We can even stuff and seal envelopes. Because let’s face it, no one likes stuffing and sealing envelopes.
Mailing lists
Do you have a list of customers? We can use your list for your mailing. Don’t have a list? We can buy one for you based on the demographic or region you choose. We can even help walk you though that process. Quotes for mailing lists can take a few days, the more complex, the longer they take, but many are very fast.
